Change Officer / Adoption & Change Manager Secondment: Grade C- £35,412 - £44,075: Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week: You’ll be responsible for “faster adoption, higher utilisation, and greater proficiency in the use of new technologies across the organisation” , working on high‑value projects and supporting teams through change. You’ll act as the project’s expert on the people side of change — “the ‘go‑to’ person for expertise on how to deliver and manage the people side of change” — ensuring change is understood, supported, and embedded. What You’ll Do: - Lead adoption and change activities across digital projects. - Deliver communications, training, coaching, and readiness assessments. - Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure user needs are met. - Mitigate change risks and support smooth transition into service.
