Sister - Charge Nurse - Wards/Outpatients St Edmunds Hospital 37.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £42,000.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) St Edmunds Hospital in Bury St Edmunds is part of Circle Health Group , Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Sister - Charge Nurse to join their team of staff on the hospitals Wards and Outpatients department. This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Candidates must be available to work occasional nightshifts. Duties of this role include: - Provide hands-on clinical care, acting as a senior point of support for complex or deteriorating patients. - Coordinate daily clinical activity and ensure safe staffing levels, skill mix, and continuity of care. - Allocate and supervise staff during shifts, ensuring responsibilities are clearly defined and patient needs are met. - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with NMC and organisa...
