About the Role: As an AI Transformation Associate Director, you will own the quality and delivery of complex AI transformation engagements. Working closely with our Directors and Managing Director of AI Transformation, you'll be a senior delivery person across both execution and proposal development, making sure what we deliver is excellent and what reaches clients reflects real strategic thinking. You'll lead enterprise clients through the hard work of AI transformation: structuring transformation opportunities, business cases, roadmaps, designing operating models, building capability, and driving organizational change.
