Job Type Part-time Description: SCHOOL AGE SERVICES - INCLUSION ASSISTANT/PARAPROFESSIONAL (WEST TN): PURPOSE OF POSITION: This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The part - time Inclusion Assistant/Paraprofessional is responsible for supporting and assisting one or more individuals who have a disability and are enrolled in Y programs to promote participation in program activities and independence to the fullest extent possible. The Inclusion Assistant/Paraprofessional serves as a professional role model by leading through example and guiding recreational activities that teach life skills, encourage healthy and safe behaviors and create a positive experience.
