Description The Asset Manager, Equity is responsible for providing broad analytical, administrative, and database support to their assigned Asset Management team. The position is ideally suited for an individual with strong analytical and financial skills and a desire to learn the LIHTC syndications business. The main responsibilities include asset monitoring, financial analysis, client interactions, risk assessment and reporting. The Asset Manager should exhibit the desire to work on a team with other highly motivated individuals. This position requires travel. A successful Asset Manager will develop and maintain their financial analysis skillset and thorough understanding of reporting requirements for the properties within their team’s Asset Management portfolio.
