What We Offer: The Maintenance Supervisor will s upervise and guide the work of the Multicraft Maintenance workforce (Mechanical, Electrical, Process Control) at the Newark Compounding Facility (24/7/365). They will oversee the preventative and reactive maintenance of all aspects of the site including but not limited to infrastructure, safety equipment, production equipment, lab equipment, logistics equipment, and HVAC systems. Execute maintenance strategies by developing solutions for defined problems. Main Responsibilities: Direct the facilities 24/7/365 maintenance functions by Planning and Scheduling Mechanical, Electrical, and Process Control resources. Direct maintenance functions in order to continually improve plant on-stream time. Use root cause analysis techniques to identify issues and develop continuous improvement plans.
