E-commerce’s Governance and Experience (GNE) organization is dedicated to building a safe, sustainable, and high-trust marketplace where every customer enjoys a seamless purchase experience. Within GNE, the Experience Team focuses on delivering reliable, intuitive, and outstanding end-to-end journeys for all TikTok Shop users. We are seeking a strategic and self-driven Seller Integration & API Program Manager to lead API ecosystem development for our US TikTok Shop. This role sits at the intersection of marketplace operations, product strategy, platform partnerships, and ecosystem development, with a focus on enabling merchants through scalable integrations and third-party solutions. You will be responsible for understanding the US ISV ecosystem, identifying gaps in current API and merchant tooling capabilities, and driving initiatives that improve how sellers manage after-sales operations, logistics, dispute resolution, and overall marketplace workflows. This is a highly cross-functional, high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex operational problems, and is excited to build new infrastructure and partnerships from the ground up.
