Description ROLE OVERVIEW: The Sr. Staff Accountant will play a critical role in strengthening the financial foundation of YCENA, ensuring disciplined execution, transparency, and governance across all accounting and financial operations. This role goes beyond traditional accounting assignments. The Sr. Staff Accountant will participate in building, enforcing, and sustaining a best-in-class financial control environment, addressing legacy gaps, and engaging in a culture of accountability and operational excellence aligned with our One Yanmar philosophy.
