Working conditions: - Working conditions may differ between the manufacturing floor and the office environment. - You may need to work days, nights, overtime, or weekends, depending on requirements. - Occasional travel may be necessary. Physical requirements: - Occasional need for a presence in the production area - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and operate Petersen products as required Qualifications: Position Summary: Oversees the design, documentation, and production implementation of approved new products or enhancements to existing products. Ensures product designs, performance, and cost parameters align with project specifications. Assesses design integrity and component selection for appropriate functionality and structural integrity. Develops comprehensive project schedules and development programs, ensuring timely and successful completion. Supervises engineering personnel.
