Position Summary: The Rivers Casino and Resort Finance Internship Program is a professional learning experience that offers meaningful and practical work experience related to a student's education or chosen career path Position Title: Intern Finance: Department: Finance: Reports To: Executive Director Finance: FLSA Designation: Non-Exempt: License Level: Gaming: Pay Rate: $17/hour: During this internship, students will gain knowledges and practical experience in the following areas of Finance: - Finance – General - Planning and Analysis - Auditing - Accounts Payable - Accounts Receivable Qualifications: - In accordance with established procedures completes daily revenue audits - Tracks and reports variances - Completes required audit forms - Ensure that all revenues/expenses are supported by properly authorized documentation and recorded to the proper account - Report and maintain daily revenues from all outlets - Maintain Point of Sale reports - Assist in maintaining compliance with the Internal Control System - Date stamps all A/P paperwork including check requests, receivers, bills of ladings, packing slips, receipts, invoices, and any other relevant attachments - Data process...
