Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 8 years with advanced degree. - 5 years of experience in the TV and Media industry. - Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management. - Experience managing agreements or partnerships. Preferred qualifications: - MBA or Master's degree in a related field. - Experience working with OEMs and PayTV Operators. - Experience leading and partnering with global teams and working with partners from different regions and cultures. - Proven ability to lead and influence in a complex matrix organization and balance competing priorities. - Excellent communication and influencing skills.
