Job Details Kettering Health Dayton l Dayton l Full-time l Days Responsibilities & Requirements: The Manager, Medical Education is responsible for supporting the Director of Medical Education (DME) and Administrative Director of Medical Education (ADME) in the overall functions of the day-to-day activities within Graduate Medical Education (GME). This position will also act as a liaison between the office employees, hospital leadership, and external stakeholders. The Manager will professionally and effectively interact with the Program Directors (PDs), program faculty, residents, and medical students. The Manager will assist the DME and ADME in monitoring accreditation oversight to ensure that the residency programs are being conducted in accordance with the regulatory and accreditation requirements. The Manager will support the DME and ADME in maintaining institutional standards with the Clinical Learning Environment Review Process and in the formulation of the Annual Intuitional Review process.
