About the Role: Anthropic is seeking a Certification Development Lead to build and scale a best-in-class certification program for our partner ecosystem. We’ve launched our first certification, the Claude Certified Architect, Foundations (CCA-F), and now we need someone to turn that first credential into a comprehensive, multi-tiered program that our systems integrator, consulting, and technology partners rely on to demonstrate real competence with Claude. This is a 0-to-1 build. You’ll define the certification strategy, design the credential architecture, and build the program infrastructure from the ground up, all with our partner audience at the center.
