Household Dietary Cook - FULL TIME - Skilled Nursing Dining Services Job Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), one (1) to three (3) years dietary experience in service and nutrition; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Incumbent should be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess high-quality verbal and written communication ability, strong customer service skills and knowledge of state and federal regulations. Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible for preparing, cooking, and finishing meals, cleaning and delivering meals in the satellite kitchen to the Health Center residents on a daily basis.
