MSN preferred. - Current licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State as a Registered Nurse. - BLS certification (issued through the American Heart Association) - At least 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting required for float pool nurses. - Must have availability to work 84 hours in a 6-week schedule.
