At Webfleet we are looking a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly analytical Supply Chain Administrator to support reverse logistics operations. This role involves managing returns, inventory reconciliation, and vendor/3PL coordination. You will ensure accurate data, resolve exceptions, and support smooth operational flows. Your Day-to-Day: Planning & Coordination Plan and manage reverse logistics activities to ensure timely processing of returns and refurbishment. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align operational priorities. Vendor & Refurbishment Management: Handle refurbishment vendors, including coordination and performance monitoring. Generate Purchase Orders (POs) for refurbishment vendors. Process vendor invoices related to refurbishment materials. Manage re-work orders at warehouse / 3PL location. Returns & Inventory Management: Oversee inventory reconciliation and ensure accuracy between systems and physical stock. Perform in-transit reconciliation of materials. Process DOA (Dead on Arrival) cases and returns exceptions. Instruct book-in of returns at warehouse / 3PL. Manage Poland returns and other regional return flows. Logistics & Documentation...
