Talent Management & Recruitment Team Lead with French

In this role you'll: - Lead, coach, and develop a team across recruitment, sourcing, talent management, and onboarding. - Oversee full recruitment delivery: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, KPIs. - Coordinate performance cycles, succession planning, and talent programs. - Ensure accuracy of talent data, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting. - Act as functional owner for TM/Recruitment tools (Oracle ATS, SAP, eGEDP, Power BI). - Manage escalations, ensure compliance, and support process improvements.
