Staff Nurse - Enterprise Staffing Pool - Adult Critical Care Tier 1 Day Shifts - ( 26001879 ) Description All qualified applicants are eligible for a sign on incentive of up to $10,000 University of Iowa Health Care is seeking skilled staff nurses for their Enterprise Staffing Pool (Tier 1) for Adult Critical Care Services. These staff nurses will circulate between many units within Adult Critical Care Services at University of Iowa Health Care University Campus. Key Areas of Responsibility: Percent of Time: 60% - 90% - 24 - 36 hours per week Schedule: Day shifts, every third weekend and rotating holidays Location: Iowa City, IA SEIU Pay Plan: PD20 https://hr.uiowa.edu/pay/pay-plans/seiu-pay-plan - Applies nursing theory to the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of patient responses to health and illness - Assesses patient health care preferences and expectation - Collaboratively coordinates the continuum of care across settings socioeconomic conditions that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes - Implements patient care plan according to patient priorities, which includes interventions identified through nursing diagnoses.
