Division: Commercial Department: Commercial: Status: Exempt: Grade: 9: Salary Range: $64,000-$103,000: Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Location: Yorktown, NY: Job Duties and Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include analyzing and underwriting credit requests for Bank prospects and customers and to maintain and monitor loans within the portfolio under the supervision of lending officers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Analyze and underwrite credit requests in a timely fashion by using some or all of the following resources: applications, spreads, financial statements, tax returns, credit bureaus, meetings with customers/prospects, appraisals, web research and other resources as necessary. - Discuss deal structure, cash flow, collateral, and customer calls and interact extensively with customers in person and over the phone. - Present analysis in written proposals for appropriate approvals and present as directed to the appropriate approval authority. - Accompany RM on customer ca...
