Front of House and Reservations Advisor We are looking for an exceptional Front of House and Reservations Advisor to join our Hair and Beauty Salon, located in Harrods Knightsbridge. This role is responsible taking bookings for all the Hair and Beauty treatments in our Salon. About the Role: The Reservations Advisor role is responsible for delivering excellent results through exceptional experience and service for all customers. The role covers call centre administration duties and taking bookings and enquires via telephone and email. This role requires both outstanding customer service as well as the ability to multitask IT systems with complete accuracy.
