Position Summary: We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and adaptable Server to join our dining services team at our independent seniors living community. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with seniors and contributing to a warm, welcoming, and clean environment. Qualifications: - Greet residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner - Take meal orders and serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately - Ensure tables are properly set and dining areas are clean, organized, and inviting - Assist with light food preparation and plating as needed - Perform cleaning duties including wiping tables, sweeping floors, and maintaining sanitation standards in the dining area, light and medium level cleaning duties. - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Dishes, sweeping, mopping and cleaning side duties - Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members - Support residents with special dietary needs or mobility challenges - Be adaptable and responsive to the changing needs of the community and team - Maintain a respectful and positive attitude toward residents and coworkers - Participate in team meetings and training...
