Leads compliance programs and assures full regulatory adherence across the division. 2. Develop and maintain expert knowledge of compliance related plans, programs, and procedures. 3. Manages complex compliance regulatory analysis, reporting, and communications. 4. Leads and supports internal audits to determine the effectiveness of programs, identify issues, and recommend solutions. 5. Works closely with division personnel, external organizations, and regulatory agencies on compliance-related initiatives. 6. Completes incident reports and responses filed with regulatory agencies to assure consistency in reporting and responses. 7. Tracks and monitors responses to assure compliance with the guidelines imposed by the agencies. 8. Researches and informs internal stakeholders of updates to federal, state, and local agency rules and regulations. 9.
