This position provides leadership to staff, maintains a welcoming environment, manages administrative functions, and supports tourism initiatives. Primary Responsibilities The assignment of supervisory duties is determined by the hiring agency's operational needs. Non-supervisory roles will serve as senior technical experts. Supervise and participate in daily Welcome Center operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting atmosphere. Provide visitors with up-to-date information about Arkansas’s parks, heritage sites, tourism destinations, and local attractions.
