We're hiring an Executive Director (ED) in our Oklahoma City market. The ED serves in a pivotal leadership role within the community and reports to the Senior Vice President, Development. This position works with the highest-level executives in the Oklahoma City area with responsibilities for staffing volunteer Board of Directors and encouraging volunteer engagement and development. We offer a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of your base pay. The potential incentive is based on achieving certain revenue targets and triggers.This is an office-based position that offers a hybrid schedule.
