Job Description Job Summary/Purpose: Responsible for planning, organizing, directing the production activities and employee training and development to cost effectively produce a high quality finished product. Essential Responsibilities: - Participate/support the RMP (Risk Management Process) and assist in the development of the system and operational standards and corrective actions. - Submits ideas and works with individuals on the line to implement new and better methods. - Responsible for the coordination of the line/area to meet or exceed company standards, goals and objectives. - Manage employee meetings and training. - Ensure the safety of equipment and personnel through the enforcement of Heinz safety standards. - Adhere to process, product, sanitary, and food safety guidelines established by Heinz and government regulators. - Manage productivity, minimize waste of material, equipment and personnel in accordance with established standards. - Audit accuracy and completeness of all records. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee time and pay records. - Manage proper staffing and costs. - Leading and developing production team. - Evaluate the job performance of employe...
