This role is essential in ensuring all properties are clean, safe, and visually appealing for customers and staff. Key Responsibilities: Perform landscaping maintenance across multiple U-Haul locations Operate power and hand tools for routine and repetitive tasks Maintain lawns, shrubs, and general outdoor areas surrounding facilities Ensure all landscaping work meets company standards Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment and vehicles Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate commercial motor vehicles Compliance with all local, state, and federal driving regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent required Work Environment: This position involves moderate risks and requires adherence to safety precautions.
