WHAT YOU’LL DO: As an LPN with the VITAS Intensive Comfort Care® (ICC) service, you will step in to provide one-to-one crisis care for hospice patients whose health challenges require high-intensity, highly engaged clinical supervision for a short period of time. Your compassionate, responsive care will elevate your patients’ quality of life and take caregiving pressures off their loved ones’ shoulders. WHERE YOU’LL WORK: You will spend most of your time caring for hospice patients wherever they call home, whether that means a private residence or an assisted living/skilled nursing facility.
