What you will be doing: - Inexperienced benchmen may start out crating saws while learning to work safely in the saw production environment - Operate alternately more than one type of machine tool such as hammers, stretcher rolls, plate leveling machines, gauge grinders and hammer grinders etc. - Use hand tools and measuring instruments - Set-up and operate all available machine tools - Perform progressive operations on work involving close tolerances or unusual requirements - Perform quality checks - Wear PPE - Uses skillfully all hand tools and measuring instruments - Perform complex operations in support of production operations under limited supervision - Additional duties as assigned What we are looking for: Burton Mill Solutions is ple...
