Job Title Associate Director, Admissions Agency: Texas A&M University - San Antonio Department: Office of Admissions Proposed Minimum Salary: Commensurate Job Location: San Antonio, Texas Job Type: Staff Job Description: The Associate Director of Admissions, under general direction of the Admissions Director, assists the Director in all aspects of departmental operations and maintains responsibility for major functional unit(s) within a department. Responsibilities: Serves as part of the Admissions Leadership Team. Assists Director in developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy. Executes a comprehensive, integrated, and data-driven recruitment, admissions, and enrollment plan to recruit new, prospective students. Contributes to the development of an annual comprehensive and strategic recruitment plan to ensure enrollment goals are met and/or exceeded. Advises on annual enrollment targets, new recruitment markets, and overall recruitment strategies for assigned territories. Supervises and manages a team of recruiters.
