Job Description: Join our Team : Facility Maintenance Technician III Location : Southaven, MS Schedule : Monday-Friday - 6:00am-2:30pm: Join our team at Genie and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Facility Maintenance Technician III to contribute to the Southaven Maintenance Team. What you’ll do: Provide skilled maintenance to equipment and facilities including but not limited to HVAC, Lighting, Mechanical Doors, Electronic locks, Plumbing Components, Wall Repair, Furniture Installs, and general facility repairs. Receives, performs, and completes maintenance, repair, installation, and assembly work orders within allowable time frames.
