ABOUT THE ROLE: Location: West Hollywood store: Status: Full Time, or Part Time Compensation: $21.00-$22.00/hr + Tip(s): Position Summary: The Barista is an essential partner in the guest’s dining experience. They will have an immediate impact on the overall experience, by not only directly servicing any guest(s) sitting around the bar area, but by also creating beverages that exceed all expectations. Using their bartending experience, they will execute all menu items, including but not limited to alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The Barista will continuously partner with all Front of House, Back of House, and Management teams, to ensure a seamless dining experience for all our guests. The Barista will not only become an expert on all in-house beverage options, but they will also familiarize themselves with all menu items, to address any guest inquiries. RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary Responsibilities: Welcomes all guests and informs them of any specials, new menu items, while answering any questions they may have.
