Purpose Supports the operations of the Office of the Dean of Students by completing clerical and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities 1. Serve as the first point of contact for students, families, faculty, and visitors entering the Dean of Students Office. 2. Answer and route incoming telephone calls 3. Provide accurate information about department services, campus resources, hours, and procedures. 4. Check in visitors for appointments, workshops, meetings, or events. 5.
