About this Role In this role, you will create and deliver a positive customer experience while conducting financial transactions. You must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and actively listen to clients' financial needs to refer them to the appropriate bank product or representative. Additionally, you must adapt well to the changing workplace environment, handle customer service complaints, maintain the security of customer information, prioritize items of significance, and manage your assigned cash drawer responsibly. In this Role You Will: - Client Experience : Deliver a unique client experience aimed at improving client financial well-being and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
