The Role: The Technology Delivery Lead works in partnership with application owners and technology groups, planning and guiding application teams through remediation of software currency exposures ensuring that application owners are managing their portfolio in accordance with the Bank’s Software Currency Framework. This involves being proactive and helping future proof software portfolios in respect to supported software. This includes researching and alerting application teams of pending End-of-Life dates, the creation of remediation plans, working with technology groups to provision servers and coordination between testing and business teams, tracking of the progress and the validation of remediation completion. If the application teams run into challenges/blockers, these items are raised with management. They assist application owners in understanding the software current reporting tools, CMDB, impact of reporting KRI and management indexes.
