CI&T is a fast-moving, publicly listed global digital specialist, and we are accelerating our footprint in Australia. We are looking for a Sales Executive who operates at the intersection of high-level strategy and hands-on execution. This is a "Player-Coach" role: You will be the primary engine for new business acquisition (The Hunter) while simultaneously architecting the local sales team from zero and nurturing our existing high-value accounts. Reporting directly to the local MD, you have the autonomy of a startup founder with the backing of a global powerhouse. Key Responsibilities: - Land & Expand: Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities within the ASX 200, with a specific focus (but not limited to) on FSI and Retail . - AI & Data Advocacy: Position CI&T’s "Trailblazer" AI approach, helping clients navigate the transition to AI-first business models using Databricks and AWS, for example - Ecosystem Networking: Activate and own the local relationship with AWS and Databricks to drive a consistent lead-referral engine. - Beyond Staff Aug: Pivot the conversation away from "bums on seats" to Outcome-Based and Value-Linked models. - Shared Skin in the Game: Architect d...
