Position Purpose: Reporting to the Service Manager, the Shop Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of heavy machinery, aerial equipment, generators, and other equipment for construction, industrial, agricultural and government applications. Always providing the best customer service possible by focusing on customer uptime, utilizing Gold Coast JCB unique abilities as JCB authorized dealer in the territory.
