This unique opportunity blends the mission-driven values of the YMCA with the elevated standards of a private club environment. The Lead Counselor plays a key leadership role in delivering a safe, structured, and engaging camp experience while modeling professionalism for fellow staff. In the absence of the Site Director, this role may assume on-site leadership responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations and full compliance with YMCA policies.
