WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Prevention of Sexual Abuse Manager is an exempt position responsible for managing implementation and ongoing compliance with the Interim Final Rule (IFR) on preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and sexual harassment for the UC program. - Work closely with the Program Director and team to create written policies and procedures that provide a safe, structured, and productive environment that meets federal and state guidelines. - Assess all Unaccompanied Children (UC) for risk of victimization or potential perpetrators of sexual abuse while in ORR care and custody in order to inform the UAC’s housing, education, recreation, and other service assignments. - Ensure that all members of the team are actively functioning in accordance with the standards. - Liaise with the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) PSA Coordinator and Program Director to implement the IFR within 6 months of shelter facility opening and ensure c...
