Job Description Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development to join our Clinical Development team. This critical leadership role will provide clinical direction across one or more programs in early and/or late-stage development, while also representing Clinical Development in business development activities. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, scientifically rigorous, and passionate about bringing innovative therapies to patients. With responsibilities spanning clinical strategy, medical monitoring, cross-functional collaboration, and external engagement, this individual will play a key role in driving enterprise goals forward. Depending on business needs, this role may include mentorship and management of clinical scientists.
