Deine Aufgaben We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to ensure stable and efficient IT operations across Asseco. In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day support activities, helping Kolleg*innen resolve technical issues and keeping our workplace technology running smoothly. You will work closely with teams across the organization, acting as the first point of contact for IT-related topics. Your focus will be on diagnosing and resolving incidents, maintaining systems and equipment, and continuously improving the user experience in a modern IT environment. Your contribution will directly impact productivity, security, and the overall quality of IT services within Asseco.
