The Opportunity We’re looking for a detail-orientated and customer-focused professional to help identify systemic issues, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen regulatory compliance across the business. In this role, you’ll analyse complaints and operational data, deliver insights, and partner with stakeholders to implement meaningful change - supporting a customer-obsessed culture. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct analysis of complaints and “Analysis Required” tasks to identify trends, risks, and systemic issues - Produce clear, timely reporting and escalate high-risk or non-compliant matters in line with regulatory requirements - Manage and track actions through Jira, ensuring progress, stakeholder engagement, and completion of recommendations - Perform root cause analysis and deliver insights to improve processes and customer outcomes - Support complaint handling and collaborate closely with Customer Support and operational teams - Contribute to a strong risk, compliance, and continuous improvement culture About You: Ready to take the next step in your career?
