Position Summary: Supervises all aspects of the Chemical and Beverage Regional Sales and Service team. Trains and develops Sales and Service Specialists to ensure high level of service and repairs on equipment programs. How you will make an impact: Manages regional employees in servicing and repairing chemical and beverage equipment. Plans and assists in the personal and professional development of the chemical and beverage sales and service specialists in assigned region. Trains, motivates, and supports the sales service specialists to provide unparalleled service to GFS customers. Manages regional equipment and parts inventory to minimize cash investments. Creates and implements business plans for assigned region in support of overall department goals.
