As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be an integral member of our Employee Benefits Technology Strategy team and play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and partner with our IT team to support the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance our client portal and administrative systems. What You'll Be Doing: This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on-site presence of 2-3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration. The base salary range for this position is $73,000 -$105,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities.
