The Training & Engagements (T&E) Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance (DMHA) Advisor supports the Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance (CFE-DM), a direct reporting unit to USINDOPACOM. The role strengthens disaster management and humanitarian assistance readiness by planning and delivering training, coordinating multinational engagements, and leading or supporting exercise design and execution in coordination with Department of War (DoW) stakeholders and domestic/foreign military and civilian partners. Work spans applied research, operational planning support, curriculum development, senior leader briefings, facilitation, and real-world crisis support to improve humanitarian assistance and disaster response outcomes across Indo-Pacific and globally.
