Job Title Student Assistant Agency: Texas A&M Agrilife Research Department: Institute for Advancing Health through Agriculture-Project Management Proposed Minimum Salary: $7.25 hourly Job Location: College Station, Texas Job Type: Student Worker Job Description: Job Description Summary: Assists with office and facility support at Texas A&M AgriLife Research, Institute for Advancing Health Through Agriculture. Please note that this position will be summer only , with an end date of August 21, 2026 . Responsibilities: Staffs the front desk and is the first point of contact for customers and visitors. Sends/receives e-mails for the institute. Answers main phone line. Orders/organizes supplies. Stocks/cleans supply room, kitchen area, and conference rooms. Assists with expense reports. Processes invoices. Runs errands. Files/copies/scans/faxes. Performs other duties, as assigned. Requirements: Currently enrolled at TAMU. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive state vehicles Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Familiar with Microsoft Office. Professional communications including e-mails.
