ABOUT THE JOB: The Mechanic is responsible for maintaining fertilizer and fleet equipment and repairing equipment needed due to maintenance or breakdowns. WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE: - Performs road service maintenance of vehicles and fertilizer equipment as required by P.M. reports. - Maintains and repairs all fertilizer equipment and vehicles in shop. - Calibrates fertilizer and spray rig equipment. - Performs general housekeeping duties in shop. - Assists Maintenance Manager with P.M. reports. - Performs DOT inspections. - Performs yard maintenance duties. - May be required to operate a com...
