The Opportunity We are seeking a Transformation Change Lead to support enterprise-wide business, technology, and organizational transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with business leaders, process owners, and project teams to plan, execute, and sustain change strategies that enable successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. The Transformation Change Lead operates with limited supervision on complex initiatives and applies proven change management methodologies to drive measurable, lasting outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute change management strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives, including process, system, and organizational change. - Assess change impacts across people, processes, technology, and culture to identify readiness gaps, risks, and resistance. - Design and implement mitigation strategies to address adoption risks and stakeholder concerns. - Partner with business leaders, project teams, and SMEs to understand change objectives, impacts, and success measures. - Enable leaders and managers to effectively fulfill their roles as change sponsors and change agents. - Build and execute integrated change...
