A Day in the Life: Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: - Plans and priorities clinical, technical and education programmers with review and input from sales staff in the District and other functional groups, i.e. marketing, reimbursement, regulatory, clinical, education etc., consistent with the District Business Plan - Provides technical support to the customers of the District/network team, both before and after the implant of the device. Provides troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers on request - Participates in the development of customer training/education programmers. Prepares study materials, plans, organizes, and conducts training to customers (physicians, technicians and nurses) in collaboration with the District Sales force/network team - Conducts technical and clinical trainings for Sales force in the District, and for other TCC's and other CRM staff in the country.Helps...
