Location: Santa Iria de Azoia, Portugal On-site About the Role: We are seeking an HSE Manager that will report to the Site Director and will form a crucial part of the Site Leadership Team. They will have responsibility for all HSE activities across site developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE internal policies and legislation. You will: What do we expect from you? - Act as the site expert and advisor on all Health, Safety & Environment matters. - Ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate standards. - Challenge and support the management team to ensure effective implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and systems. - Drive a proactive Safety Culture, across all levels of the organization, influencing behaviors, ensuring employees always operate safely and responsibly. - Develop, review, and continuously improve safe systems of work, ensuring risks are properly identified and mitigated. - Manage and support the development of the HSE Technician, ensuring capability building within the team. - Minimum 5/8 years of experience in a HSE role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment. - Master’s degree in engineering or a related field. - Certified...
