Work From Home Work From Home Work From Home, Indiana 46544 The Enterprise Data Integrity Business Partner advances enterprise-wide Data Integrity initiatives by managing projects, system upgrades, and workflow improvements to ensure accurate patient and guarantor records. It partners with leadership to plan and implement change management strategies, including communication, training, and policy development. The role drives standardization of Data Integrity processes across all care settings and affiliated partners, maintaining documentation and compliance standards. Additional responsibilities include monitoring system health, analyzing metrics, identifying issues, and escalating recurring problems. The position also supports process improvement and provides training and mentorship to team members, requiring strong analytical and project coordination skills.
